At
the Limestone Lodge nestled above a mature Pecan
orchard bottom, peacocks regularly display in full
regalia, songbirds and squirrels flirt with guests,
and hummingbirds and butterflies colorfully cavort;
with very special, occasional nature shows.
In the early spring, evening light shows are
provided by Texas lightening bugs as thousands crowd
the Pecan orchard. In the late fall, Monarch Butterflies numbering
in the millions stream to Mexico, stopping overnight
on the Ranch to rest in clumps of black and yellow
splendor on live oak, black walnut and pecan trees.

with stalactites and other interesting
rock formations.
It has a comfortable ranch
