The
primary guesthouse, Colleen’s Cottage, is a tastefully
decorated and romantic hideaway with outdoor spa. Perched
on the side of Dreamcatcher Hill, it is perfectly placed
for watching the Texas sunset or admiring the hill country
cottage garden from the generous front porch.
The
outdoor spa is discretely placed along the front porch,
out of view from outside interference. A nearby watering
point for wildlife assures viewing opportunities for
the watchful observer.
Your
stay will be peaceful and free from the distractions
of city life. The cottage has two bedrooms and a country
style kitchen. In one bedroom you will find a spacious
king size bed. This room looks out over the porch and
spa, down the hill and into the woods.
In
the other bedroom is a queen-size bed comfortable enough
for two. Out the window is a view of the Oak trees in
the forest and occasionally a white-tailed deer or wild
turkey. What a perfect place to curl up together with
your loved one.
A
full breakfast and gourmet teas & coffee are in
the kitchen when you arrive for your stay. Fresh herbs,
fruits and produce (in season) are provided from our
organic garden. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes,
utensils and equipment to amply serve four guests.
